Infact, we generally fly more hours per pilot than any other hub within the airline, making us perhaps the most active hub at the airline. A Few Tips:

  1. Utilize one of the three supported automated pirep filing systems the airline supports to fill out your pireps. No one likes filling out more paperwork then they have to (especially when flying is ment to be fun!) AvA supports FSAcars, FS Passangers, and FS Flight Keeper.
  2. Check the website often and pay attention to your email box. The corporate office as well as your hub staff will send you an email or post items on the website every once in a while which may be important.
  3. Register with the forums. AvA's forums are located here. They contain just a great deal of information and also have many of our most savvy pilots there to answer any questions you may have.
  4. Keep in contact with your hub management if you need some time off. We realize life does get in the way of this wonderful hobby, so let one of us know about what is going on and we will be more than happy to put you on LOA if needed.
  5. Most of all, HAVE FUN!!! We are a bunch of laid back guys here, so lets all have a good time doing what we enjoy.
